The checkbook cover is designed to fit the standard 3 by 6 inch checkbook, and has two pockets in which to slip the end pages. It also makes a very decorative folder for home use, in which to save notes or receipts. The design was stitched on 36 count Edinborough Summer Khaki by Zweigart, using Soie d'Alger floss. Two strands of floss were used over 2 threads of linen to enhance the brightness of the colors. Stitch count is 115 by 125. A 12 by 17 inch piece of 36 count linen is required to complete.
