The original of this sampler was found in South Central Michigan, just north of the Indiana border. It was badly stained but it was possible to discover the original colors. Our model brought back to life a really wonderful alphabet sampler.

We stitched our model on 32 count Belfast Light Mocha, using two strands of DMC floss (one strand for the "over one" alphabet).

Stitch count is 128 by 246.
